In 2025, South Wales Police were trying to further their efforts to tackle anti-social behaviour in the region, but were struggling with a lack of reporting information. Their brief was that they wanted to be able to create 'heat maps' of reporting for all areas of South Wales, in order to better use their resources where they were most needed.
Taking the wording of the brief literally, I developed a look and feel inspired by data heat maps, emphasised further by a simple 'pin' motif to tie in with the operation's name.

Social media content focussed on positive case studies of the differences made by accurate reporting of anti-social behaviour
Print assets expanded on the aims of the operation, as well as informed the public how to go about reporting anti-social behaviour in a safe way. Assets were also designed in Arabic, Bengali and Somali to ensure message penetration across multiple communities.

The three phases of the campaign proved very successful, resulting in national news coverage and a marked uptick in the reporting of ASB. The campaign also won a PRCA DARE Public Award in 2025.
