Between 2018 and 2020 I was involved in two campaigns aiming to raise the profile of the Development Bank of Wales (DBW) and the services they offer. DBW's aim is to 'unlock economic potential in Wales and enhance the local economy by providing sustainable, effective finance'. However, awareness of the organisation had historically been quite low, with many customers mistaking them for a retail/high-street bank as opposed to an organisation offering business finance and advice.
